Sara is open and vulnerable about her journey to finding the sympotherma mathod after being gaslit by doctors and nurses when voicing her concerns about how the synthetic hormones being pumped through her body by the Dajelle were affecting her.
An eye-opening experience sparked a passion for Sara around fertility awareness, taking full responsibility for her body, and also led her to free birth her last two boys.
