Berserkers - legendary Viking warriors renowned for their ferocity in battle, fighting in a trance of blind fury (berserkergang) and total fear inhibition. According to the Old Norse sagas, berserkers were mostly unarmoured, highly agile, physically endurant, and able to defeat their opponents with a single blow of their weapon.
Inspired by the legends, I developed - BERSERK - a highly stimulating audio doping program of subliminal & supraliminal messages, modified white noise, and binaural beats completed by an intense non-binaural auditory stimulation. It is designed to impact mentality and physicality, altering the mindset in both the short-term and long-term, enhancing physical performance, and temporarily inducing a berserk-like state.
Berserk directly impacts the listener's central - peripheral nervous systems - body-mind response pathway, altering the fight-or-flight response (fight), enhancing dopamine and noradrenaline release, and effectively inhibiting fear by temporarily ceasing the activity of the amygdala - the brain part responsible for fear processing. In the process, it also improves physical performance (strength, power, agility, endurance) and frame of mind, and prevents the 'freeze' reaction. Moreover, affirmations and afformations program the body and mind to suppress anxiety and fear and establish a warrior mindset - self-confident, determined, competitive, disciplined, and fully focused on reaching goals.
For best results, listen to 2-3x daily through stereo headphones.

ATTENTION
Due to its stimulating properties, listening before sleep is not recommended. Carefully observe how your mind and body respond. If any disturbing adverse effects occur, discontinue listening and report them. In the testing phase, cold sweats and moderate restlessness were reported.
