Robert & Kyle coming at you from Pearl and Pine Brewery in downtown Senoia, GA. We had an awesome chat with our guest Logan Lewis (Lew), who just witnessed a graduation at Ranger School. Lew's journey from the 75th Ranger Regiment, Old Guard, and 6th Ranger Training Battalion (RTB) to mentoring and coaching soldiers is nothing short of inspiring.
Lew opened up about his transition from the Ranger Regiment to the Old Guard, and how he found his true calling in guiding young soldiers. He shared some incredible stories, like mentoring a soldier who went from feeling discouraged to becoming a top Ranger. Lew's all about pushing boundaries, both physically and mentally, and he's got a knack for spotting potential in others.
We also got into the nitty-gritty of Ranger Regiment life, the importance of mental toughness, and how leadership is all about empathy and compassion. Lew's dedication to filling the Ranger Regiment with top-notch soldiers is truly commendable. Plus, he's got some cool insights on the evolving nature of warfare and how training needs to adapt to keep up.
If you're curious about what it takes to be a Ranger, or just want to hear some heartwarming mentorship stories, this episode is a must-listen. And hey, if you want to connect with Lew, just shoot him a message on Black Flag Nation (@blackflagnation_ on Instagram). He's always there to chat, share advice, and help you reach your goals.
Catch you on the next episode!
