June four years ago this month witnessed the death of a dear friend, a musical companion whose absence left an indelible void.
As June dawns again, and I am preparing for the third ГалИцко Фестивал/GalIcko Festival a platform where I will once again try to convey a message to my deceased friend: that music remains a balm for our souls.
