This episode focuses on the conviction of a young girl in Massachusetts after texting her boyfriend and coaxing him into suicide (Commonwealth v. Carter 474 Mass. 624). We invited Professor Shenequa Grey to answer a few questions we had about the case and give her opinion on how it would have been handled in Louisiana.
