Project Manager Adrien explains his fear that cultural development projects such as Jardins Gamelin and tourism will push marginalised people further away from the downtown area. He also acknowldges how they have made the spaces nicer. Adrien also argues that cultural investment needs to be distributed around the city rather than concentrated, but sees positives in the fact something is happening. Part of 'Crossed Lines' a project by Sam Meech and Marilene Gaudet A series of short audio interviews with people living, working and passing through Montreal's downtown district.
