Dr James Kirby is a Senior Lecturer and Clinical Psychologist at the University of Queensland. He has broad research interests in compassion science, and his clinical practice focuses on helping individuals dealing with self-criticism and shame. In this presentation, James discusses anxiety - one of the most common mental health conditions in Australia.
