This week on the show I'm joined by former professional basketball player, Podcast And TV Show host, and entrepreneur Travis Reed. Travis played professionally overseas in the Netherlands and Estonia. romania, Australia and Germany. In 2004 he was league MVP in the Dutch league. He was a part of one of the best UCLA recruiting classes in 1997 which included Earl Watson, Rico Hines, Billy Knight and Baron Davis.
In this episode, Travis takes us through the journey of his basketball career from the high school level to the last year of his professional career. He takes us through the next chapter of his life which included the challenging transition out of the sport, fatherhood and dealing with mental battles that almost broke him.
Travi's story is an inspiring one and one that I believe many people need to hear. it's raw, it's honest and it's his truth. Not to mention some of the hilarious stories he shares throughout our conversation.
This is one of those episodes where you grab your training shoes, get your headphones and go for a nice long walk because Travis unpacks a lot in his episode but I think it's going to be on you enjoy.
