Your show host Robert with special alumni guest Richard Ruth for part II. Richard was a southern Caifornia Street Racer, Hot Rodder and Chassis Builder. Richard was tasked with designed and buiding the original 1955 Chevy Hot Rod used in the movie "Two Lane Black top".staring singer song writer James Taylor, Beach Boy drummer Dennis Wilson and actor Warren Oats. Richard also built a second 1955 Chevy for the movie that was used in the ending scene. Both of these 1955 Chevys were repainded black and used in the American classic movie; "American Graffiti" staring Ron Howard, Paul Le Mat, Ciindy Williams and Harrison Ford. The second 1955 Chevy that was used in the ending scene where it crashes, rolls over and burns was built with a NASCAR style rollcage and extra reinforcing.
