Dana Baker is a mother of two who started Parenting In Real Life, a platform where she shares her experience and expertise to help other parents navigate challenges related to ADHD, anxiety, and depression in their children. Having gone through similar struggles with her daughter, Dana felt overwhelmed and alone without a guide to effective parenting. She then decided to learn tips and tricks to help her child with emotional dysregulation, panic attacks, and executive functioning, which she now shares with other parents and children. Dana's mission is to help families find calm in chaos and connect with their children, leading to effective parenting and fewer struggles.

Through Parenting In Real Life, Dana aims to provide an outside perspective that can help families with executive function and emotional regulation, which can be difficult to manage within the family dynamic. Dana believes that bringing one's whole self, personality, sense of humor, and heart, to the table is essential to thriving in today's world, and she brings this philosophy to her work as a parenting coach.
