Tom covered the White House for public television’s Nightly Business Report and the aftermath of the 9/11 tragedy for ABC’s “Good Morning America.” CBS “Sunday Morning,” profiled dozens of musicians, artists, and political leaders. At CNN, Tom created a biographical series, featuring individuals at the top His work has ranged from medical stories for ABC News to profiles of famous individuals including Paul McCartney, Tony Robbins, and George Soros.
Moving into the PR realm, Tom led campaigns for Fortune 100 companies and provided media training to numerous thought leaders and business CEO’s. His clients have been featured on NBC’s Today show, “Oprah” and Bloomberg Television, and in publications including The Wall Street Journal and Inc. magazine. With CBS News anchor Jane Pauley, Tom serves on the advisory board of the national non-profit Children’s Health Fund, which provides medical care to children living in poverty. Tom lives in Ridgefield, Connecticut.
