As a parent, feeling guilty would have to be one of the top issues all parents face, as we can't be in 100 places giving 110 per cent all the time. Parenthood often comes with some high expectations on how we would like to parent and if we can't live up to our, our family or society’s expectations, we can often be left feeling guilty.
