With all of the increased awareness and education that is going on around menopause, (which I love!), there's also something missing in that conversation.
I am not at the point of menopause yet, I can set myself up for success as I head into that era of my life. So, whether you listen to this in your mid 30s, or 40s, wherever you are, if you actually are in the throes of perimenopause, all of these things apply.
I think whilst we talk about it and share openly about how menopause can affect us, we also need to be really careful that we're not just normalising suffering. So in this podcast I am sharing with your the 5 things you can do to help making this transition easier.
