Richard Millener is the current team principal for the M-Sport World Rally Team originally moving from Bristol to the depths of Cumbria, he started his career delivering parts for the M-Sport team. Now about to enter an era of Hybrid, Rich will be leading the way for the successful WRC team again in 2022 but here we find more about the guy himself! (He swims in freezing cold lakes?! What?!)
