Practice and Procedure: Benedict Ó Floinn on the Superior Court Rules, important practice directions and the courts moving with times of technology

In the first of a two-part podcast with Senior Counsel and Bloomsbury author Benedict Ó Floinn, he takes us through the important and fundamental changes to the Superior Court rules, explains why the rules are ‘like the map to the engine room’ in terms of the running of the courts and gives us an insight into writing the new edition of his successful book Practice and Procedure in the Superior Courts, 13 years on.
