About the Guest – Hannah Judson
My coaching practice is based on a foundation of psychological mindedness and mutual trust as I support clients developing their awareness to access best solutions and lasting change. My career journey is rooted in Learning and Development and Higher Education, helping transition students to the world of work, and supporting leaders reinforce the right behaviors to set and reach goals.
A running thread throughout my career is in eLearning, curriculum development, and leveraging digital technology to connect individuals with new ideas and each other. I have built digital simulations, multi-user gaming apps, eLearning programs and learning scenarios. I create and facilitate corporate training, simulations (100% online and hybrid), "think on your feet" Live Case Studies, MOOCs, and competitive learning games for higher education, corporate training and change management programs. I design micro-knowledge products and also coach facilitators through onboarding and professional development programs.
I am also passionate about supporting professional development of creative professionals and cultural organizations. I am co-founder of MUSEfest (London, Paris, Philadelphia and Online), an international festival amplifying women in music, art, film and culture. I am a founding partner in the COOP record label Boneyard Records. I produced Big Bang Paris art and culture exhibitions, was the Los Angeles Fashion Festival Music Director, and supported marketing for Paris Girls Rock. I also write, produce, and release original music.
To decompress and reflect, I run anywhere I can find trails near trees or water. I have finished eight marathons (Chicago x3, Lisbon, Amsterdam and Paris x3), half marathons (Prague, Lucerne, Vienna, Chicago), and one Olympic triathlon (Lanzarote). I've lived and worked in the U.S., U.K., Italy, Austria, Spain, and France.
