It was through processing her own childhood trauma that Fiona recognized the importance of emotional support for children and created journals containing what she needed as a child. The Home Sweet Homes coparenting journal and All About Me, by Us journal (made for any family dynamics), are fostering healthier future generations by emphasizing emotional intelligence, communication, and parent-child connection.
