It’s Valentine’s Day, and for many of you, this day can stir up all kinds of emotions. Whether you’re feeling lonely, anxious, or even indifferent, I want you to know you’re not alone, and this episode is for you.

Before we get into those tips, I want to remind you of something beautiful: no matter how you’re feeling or what you’re thinking right now, there is someone who is head over heels in love with you. That someone is God.
