Global Business Services (GBS) can play dual role - Support the company as an internal organization and leverage partnership with third-party providers for added value. Maintaining an entrepreneurial mindset and staying attuned to internal and external factors is critical to addressing the organization's needs successfully. Imagining GBS’ end state, it might potentially become an integrated part of all multinational service models, even if it may be referred to differently based on the organization's type.
