“Exalt” feels like something we should do in reverence for God. But exalt is what God does when He’s in a relationship with you.
The people who have the courage to cross believe that God can do amazing things.
The heart of God from the very beginning has been transformation to exalt you.
Composure is the key to courage. And courage is the key to cross.
Discussion Questions:
1) If God’s desire is to change and transform you, what courage do you need to have in order to step out of the old and into the new things that God is bringing you into?
2) When has God called you into what was uncomfortable or unfamiliar?
3) What’s your “flooded river” right now? What’s keeping you from where God wants you?
