AI tools actor in a number of different personalized preferences for individual buyers such as school districts, commute times, square footage, and even proximity to various amenities to provide tailored propertyrecommendations. Without AI, this type of personalization would not be possible at the scale and speed it’s now offered.
Additionally, AI is stepping in to automate certain tasks such as rent collection, helping scheduled maintenance, and communication to tenants. AI-powered chatbots can handle routine tenant inquiries.
