One full month in as of today, Americans still seem to be surprised by how effective the new Trump administration, and DOGE, have been at exposing a level of corruption and perfidy most still can not quite imagine. It makes “hit the ground running,” seem like an understatement.
And still, so far, no riots. So people are surprised, optimistic, excited, even joyful…but the threat remains:
will they become complacent?
