Lt Col Ross Moy talks about the recent developments in pre-hospital emergency medicine and gives his top tips for the first on scene. Lt Col Moy is a Consultant in Emergency Medicine in the British Army and the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. He also works with the Thames Valley Air Ambulance as a Pre-Hospital Care Physician.
