While it is the holiday season, an even more important festivity is on the horizon that we must prepare for. Sonic has had a checkered history across the board, with a loud and often-unsatisfied fanbase and projects that are seemingly cursed to be divisive or written off altogether. One such project was the live action movie, its first trailer living in infamy for its out-of-date style and historically off-the-mark design for its titular character -- so much so that they delayed the movie to fix it.
