On this week's episode, I'm flying solo in between guests. I use this episode as a little time out to fill you in on life lately and reflect on so many changes the last year. A new job, new energy, new outlook, new friendships, new love of working out and adjusting to changes in myself on the inside and outside. I also reflect on my new relationship with anxiety and panic attacks and how they don't get in the driving seat any longer thanks to a lot of hard work in particular, Exposure therapy and wilful tolerance.
