This is a show for EVERYONE. Whether they are good, healthy, happy, broken, absent or even abusive, everyone has experience or opinions of family relationships, never more so than at seasonal celebrations. These times can be extremely hard to navigate and often emotionally draining, if not damaging. We hope for happiness and a healthy harmony, but some aspects can be just plain horrible.

In this show, host Trudy Kerr sits down with her three guests to look at expectations, reality, how to make the most of our close and extended families as well as navigating the more challenging relationships. The four discuss healthy boundaries, productive patterns to adopt and how to survive triggering situations successfully.

Trudy is joined by Dr Ingrid Lanfranco is a Counselling Psychologist and Systemic Family Therapist by profession with over 20 years experience working with families, couples and individuals. Emma Hogg is the Founder of the self-development agency, A Life I Choose, a Psychotherapist & Lifestyle Strategist. Sarah Stellini was with us on the show Women as Working Mums and caused quite a stir with her straight taking style. Sarah is a CCO of a successful iGaming company, mum of two and wife and brings a wealth of lived experience to the topic.

This show is full of Golden Nuggets of information and insight to help everyone navigate family relationships productively and positively, whatever they look like. Tune in to be seen in your circumstances and some outstanding sound advice.
