Crashland were a melodic indie rock band originating in Wales with loads of great songs. And they were very underrated in our opinion and are the epiotomy of our uncharted mission to bring the stories of bands that you may not have heard of to our listeners attention ! The band were together from 1996-2003 and were given the title of NME's next big thing alongside Coldplay on the cover of the NME.
The lead singer and main songwriter Alex Troup went on to live in Los Angeles and started a new band called Troup with more great songwriting.
We will be putting a spotlight on this music and talking to Alex about Crashland and Troup Later in the podcast. The interview starts at around 18 minutes in after a short Biography of the band.
This episode also features an absolute world exclusive which is unheard material that the band recorded but never released we have access to the demos and include a clip from one of the songs.
