This is the first ever episode in English and from now on this Podcast is hosted and published in English. The name of the Podcast also slightly changed.
In this 17th episode “of Butterflies and Dragons – the Free Spirit Podcast” you get a short introduction into the changes of this podcast and a glimpse of your host Annika Seelenspiel before she shares with you her experiences of Silence and how they changed and impacted her life and her way to relate with everything, everyone, and life itself. You will get a short view on the spiritual teachings which Annika received and experienced during her 10-day silent meditation retreat in Hridaya Yoga France near Lyon in November and December 2023. She also shares about the impacts meditation had on her life since she first started practicing and integrating meditation as an essential part of her daily life.
