This episode almost didn’t happen—because apparently, the podcasting spirits were out to get me. Yesterday’s recording was a disaster. My audio was cursed, I sounded like a man, and my voice was on its way out. So, here I am, giving it a second chance.

I start with some life updates—still recovering from being sick, but that hasn’t stopped me from binge-watching The Traitors on Paramount+ (I finished season one in a day… I know, I know). Then, we dive into pop culture: my love for LaTia on The Bachelor, the Alex Cooper vs. Alex Earle drama, and the sad news about Michelle Trachtenberg’s passing.

But the real fun begins when we talk about the absolute lies we were told as kids—like swallowing a watermelon seed means you’ll grow one in your stomach, turning on the car lights is illegal, and gum stays in your stomach for seven years. And let’s be real, I learned how to be a great liar from one person… my mom. She is the problem.

Let’s get into it.
