Transitioning from medical support staff, she later became the first in her family to earn a degree, but despite her qualifications, she struggled to find opportunities for advancement.

Determined to take control of her future, Geri Ann shifted into real estate, finding her true calling. Now a dedicated Realtor with eXp Realty, she serves Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia as an ICON Agent and Certified Mentor. Known for building lasting client relationships, she is committed to guiding clients through each step of their real estate journey, ensuring personalized and seamless experiences.
