Real Estate Tips:
When looking for a home, make sure your agent gives you an estimate sheet on the cost which includes all closing costs, inspections cost and an estimate of the monthly payments. You want as much information as possible so that you can make good and wise decisions.

8.03%. That was the average rate for 30-year, fixed rate mortgages on October 19, according to Mortgage News Daily. As a reminder, on February 2, 2023, the average rate was 5.99%. What will rates do? Well, last week many thought they wouldn’t go higher but they did. So my advice is to not try and guess what the rates will be next month or next year. Just work with what they are.
