Hazel has overcome alcohol addiction and continues to work on an eating disorder. She now helps others to overcome their addictions and face their fears with courage. Meet my Guest:

Hazel founded her coaching company in 2020 and has been working with women in some sort of coaching capacity since 2012. She is Certified Life Coach, Substance Use Disorder Counselor, public speaker and retreat facilitator.


Hazel has worked in the addiction and recovery field using her experiences to help others find a life free from addiction. Drawing from her personal journey, Hazel helps women break free from external validation, heal from the negative beliefs that have kept them stuck so they can live a life that feels good instead of one that just looks good. She helps women remember that true identity and worth come from a connection with your authentic self.


Hazel is married and mother to two teenagers. Born and raised in Southern California she and her family relocated to Highland, Utah during Covid. She loves being with her family and hunting for shells at the beach.


Hazel also created The Inner Circle, an exclusive online coaching community which builds off of the powerful connections the women at her retreats experience to continue to feel seen, heard and supported.
