When Rachael Maza joined ILBIJERRI as Artistic Director in 2008, she brought with her a wealth of experience, as well as a fierce commitment to First Peoples' self-determined storytelling.
Now, Rachael is preparing to pass the baton to the next generation of theatre makers.
In 2025 she’ll step down from her role as Artistic Director and co-CEO of the company.
