Giselle had her whole life ahead of her until her mother, ex-CPS worker Kelsey Glover, began neglecting her medical needs. After a fight with her roommate over how Giselle was being medically neglected, Giselle tore out her daughter's insulin pump and drowned her in the bathtub.
