A devastating crash between a passenger plane and a blackhawk helicopter has everyone’s eyes on the Potomac River. The planes went down at 9 pm last night. Rescue efforts are underway, and it’s unclear how many passengers, if any, survived. As of 5 am this morning, here is everything we know about the crash.
