The Lord Mayor has thrown his weight behind the idea for alcohol to be included on the Story Bridge climb.
Lord Mayor Adrian Schrinner told council today, "What is proposed is the option for people to have a single drink when they have reached the top of the bridge."
Gary Hardgrave has doubled down on his thoughts on the idea, "This whole thing is just madness."
