I share the 5 steps questions that can helps you shift your mindset and start taking the action you want in life!

  1. What's my excuse for not doing it now?
  2. Is it a real limitation or a self imposed one?
  3. Am I avoiding doing it now, if so why?
  4. Where will I be in 6 months time if I don't start now?
  5. Where could I be in 6 months time if I DID start now?

I realised my greatest reason for not having started doing what I had been intending to (exercising!) were because of a few beliefs and perceptions that had manifested under the surface.
