- Am I avoiding doing it now, if so why?
- Where will I be in 6 months time if I don't start now?
- Where could I be in 6 months time if I DID start now?
I realised my greatest reason for not having started doing what I had been intending to (exercising!) were because of a few beliefs and perceptions that had manifested under the surface.
