Mangum Reads

For our second entry in our return to Mangum Reads, we're covering a book that is forefront of the zeitgeist. James by Percival Everett which is a companion/retelling of Adventures of Huckleberry Finn from the point of view of Jim. This leans heavily into the careful use of language (possibly even prompted by Mark Twain's forward), and a unique narrative in the antebellum south.
