Notably, he led ground-breaking initiatives such as the Base Erosion and Profit Shifting projects and played a pivotal role in eradicating bank secrecy. Prior to his OECD role, Pascal spent over a decade in the French Ministry of Economy and Finance and worked as an energy regulator in the CRE. Today, he serves as a partner at the Brunswick Group, a leading critical issues consulting firm.
