Speaking of cocktails, today Ben is drinking a Purple Pushover while Matthew is drinking a Rye-ght Hander. Recipes below.
Purple Pushover
- 1 1/2 oz Indigo Gin
- 1/2 oz Orange Curacao
- 3-4 oz Ginger Beer
- 1 squeeze of lime
- Add the gin and Curaçao to a highball glass with ice. Top with ginger beer and squeeze the lime wedge over the glass and drop the wedge into the glass.
Rye-ght Hander
- 2 oz Rye Whiskey
- 1/2 oz B&B Liqueur
- 1 barspoon Agave Syrup
- 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
- 1 Dash Cardamom Bitters
- Orange Peel for garnish
- Add all ingredients but the garnish to a mixing glass with ice. Stir for 30 seconds and strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Express orange oils over the drink and place peel in the glass.
