This episode really speaks to the sadness and grief I’ve been moving through as I witness a dear woman in my lineage, my Dadi (paternal grandmother) move through illness, and how her living a life of invisibility is really coming to light. I speak of the importance for us as WOC descendants to learn to be in our softness, and create space from within to hold our emotions and feelings, as a way to honour our own lives but also our ancestors.

Key takeaways from this episode:

  • We’ve learnt to exhibit strength as WOC, but do we truly know what it means to be soft, without protective armour and to melt the masks we’ve had no choice but to wear?
  • We wear and carry ancestral stories inside of us and they can seep into our relationships.
  • NAKED is your invitation to cultivate reverent relationship with your body, and emotional landscape. To tend to the spaces within where ancestral stories of pain reside and to powerfully process them, so we can create space to live open heartedly and to be witnessed and held in our relationships.

Doors to NAKED are officially OPEN, and I currently have availability for 2 beautiful WOC to work with me for the remainder of 2024.

Book an Exploration Call with me to speak about what the NAKED, 3 month journey could offer you and all of its beautiful possibilities for your life.
