When you’re really working to create the life you desire in your personal life, motherhood, individuality, and business, yes, strategy IS an important piece there. But another BIG piece is mindset.
But when you’re overwhelmed, sleep deprived, under-resourced, or schedules change unexpectedly…it’s natural to slip into a not so positive headspace—even if you consider yourself a pretty positive person generally! And I know that time is extra limited during the summer when the kids are home.
That’s why I created this episode for you, using one of my favorite mindset practices to do when things are busy (like the summer!), sharing many of the exact affirmations I’m working on for myself lately—plus a few that have really resonated with my clients—because I think many of them will likely resonate with you as well.
