Zave is a serial entrepreneur who has have spent a lifetime taking on hard challenges and building teams. From leading infantry soldiers into war zones to building ad-hoc teams that allowed him to become an award-winning commercial photographer, and for the last seven years, helping to create team Xhilarate, a booming brand design agency.
He is currently working on a new venture, My Back Yard. MyBkYd is a collaboration between branding agency, Xhilarate and Zave Smith Photography, the online collection of human interest stories told through images and video is their way to help increase traffic for these small businesses while giving back to the community they’ve always called home.
