No charges have been filed in connection with a fatal shooting in Holmes County on Saturday, but deputies do have a person of interest in the case. 19-year-old Jeremy Keith was shot on Highway 17 just south of Lexington. He was taken to a local hospital but succumbed to his injuries. Plus, two people were killed in a multi-vehicle crash in Hinds County on Saturday. According to the Mississippi Highway Patrol, a 2018 Cadillac collided head-on with a 2008 Toyota and then sideswiped a Dodge, causing the Toyota to collide with a Nissan.
