But this Christmas, a miracle arrives in the form of Alan, a scruffy, suspicious elf who turns up at her door with an extraordinary claim: he has dashcam footage that could finally prove Father Christmas is guilty. Seizing the chance for justice, Gertrude teams up with Alan and embarks on a perilous journey to the North Pole to uncover the truth. What begins as a simple quest for evidence spirals into chaos as Gertrude finds herself in a world of bar brawls, seductive women, and highly questionable uses for mistletoe. From murder to mince pies, this is an All Made Up Story that’s equal parts heartwarming, hilarious, and utterly unhinged.
