Christmas Business: Holly Tinselton, a Christmas-hating real estate exec, returns to her aggressively festive hometown, Snowy Peaks, to sell it to a mini-golf developer. Determined to escape the tinsel overload, Holly dodges holiday traditions, her cheerfully nosy relatives, and the town's relentless Christmas obsession. Enter a charming lumberjack who chops wood, bakes cookies, and somehow makes Holly question her Scrooge-like existence. As the sale inches closer, Holly finds herself tangled in lights, laughs, and love. Can she save the town she’s trying to sell—or will Snowy Peaks become the world’s most festive mini-golf course?
