I've been watching liberal media play the blame game, and there's massive infighting going on. But then also, sometimes there's a good amount of humility and clear eyed analysis going on as to what caused the very competent Kamala Harris to lose so badly to the deeply flawed Trump, and why did he win by such large margins?! It feels impossible, to the point where some people are starting to float conspiracy theories, from Russian interference, and so on! But that's likely not the case. Looking from the liberal vibes bubble, all pundits, polls, mystics, and fortune tellers all had their money on Harris, so WTF went wrong!?
Here, I compiled a list of very logical reasons why perhaps Trump won, or Harris lost, depending on how you look at it. I'd like to hear your theories in the comments! This list of possibilities is a combination of what I've seen in political news, memes, social media, and my own takes on the subject. Lastly, I'll talk about what can be gleaned from everything we've seen, both good and bad, and what we democracy loving people must do for ourselves personally post ass whooping mentally, physically, and emotionally; and then, what my advice is to get back into the game so we can live to fight another day and triumph in our better progressive policies and more ethical platform that these ragtag Republicans. Anyone whos been paying attention can see they didn't deserve to win, but here we are! Reason number 480,000 on why I'm an atheist!
An unparalleled do nothing Congress, Ridiculous fake inquiries into Hunter Biden's laptop and Joe Biden's finances, that led to nothing. Trump and Republicans killing a well written comprehensive border bill, Trump's insane, unhinged, and unAmerican policy positions and proposals, a low energy, fringe and radical wingnut campaign, and all of the constant lying and propaganda from conservative media, surrogates, and the horse's mouth, Trump himself. Anyone following politics can see that Democrats deserved and should have won big, and Republicans deserved to be silenced and rebuked for their f*ckery. So why did he win the electoral college AND the popular vote? Here's some possibilities. These are my hot takes on the state of the 2024 US election, and what we can learn from all this.
