Wanting to work at the elite level of sports science, Shayne Murphy took a leaf from Roy Keane's book as a young man and wrote to every club in the Premier League asking for a role.
He went on to spend more than a decade in England and Scotland working for the world's top clubs including Liverpool and Manchester City.
Shayne returned to Ireland in recent years to found ADM Performance where he is applying his learnings in sport to the business world.
