The mother and sister of a young Donegal man who was beaten almost to death speak today about his miracle recovery after the horrendous head injuries he suffered at the hands of a mob paid, they believe, to kill him.
Annemarie and Deborah Dooher have kept a bedside vigil at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast since January 20th when 26 year old Charles was airlifted from his Lifford home where he had been attacked following a campaign of sustained intimidation against his family in a dispute fuelled by jealousy and greed.
Today in the first of a two part interview Nicola talks with Charles mum and sister about his incredible recovery against the odds.
