It's hard to find fault with a Nancy Meyers movie because the scenery is so intoxicating. That's her trick. She lures us in via gorgeous kitchens with refrigerators to die for...and Jack Nicholson's character very nearly does. Arguably that would have been better, because then she could have stayed with that nice doctor, Keanu Reeves.
